Hello, I’m Melody Meyer. Since 1989, I’ve developed a practice, working with people of all ages using integrative massage techniques. My work goes beyond traditional hands-on massage and bodywork: I integrate a wide range of specialized, holistic approaches such as essential oil therapies, wellness education and nutritional counseling. This process helps my clients to create a synergistic balance for a life of vital health as they move through the stages of their lives. Many of my clients have been with me for 15 years or more.

Wellness education is paramount in my work. My goal is to educate my clients to appreciate, care for, nurture and respect the bodies they were gifted with.  Healthy lifestyles incorporate building blocks that include body consciousness, healthy food choices, movement and exercise, good hydration, and a positive attitude.  These can be enhanced with therapeutic massage and wellness education leading to a lifetime of vibrancy, vitality and wellness.

My approach blends an array of modalities, including:

My practice also includes a unique modality called Compassionate Touch® to support the needs of those in later life stages. It is designed to comfort and enhance the quality of life of the individual who is seriously ill, frail or affected with dementia.
